I am having major issues with MWII no matter what drivers I have installed. This started happening earlier this week, but I can't even play the game right now. A week ago I was playing at 1440p 250 fps and now I'm dropping to 10 fps just in the menu. I clean installed the most updated drivers, uninstalled the old ones, went through multiple attempts to fix with Activision support, and nothing has changed. My Red Devil 7900 XT runs flawlessly in all other games, but on MWII I might as well not even have a GPU installed. My core clock speeds jump up and down from 0-1300 MHz when this game is running in the menu while my memory clock speeds are at 2745. This doesn't happen in any other game or benchmark, so I know this is the problem, I just don't know what I can do to fix it. My CPU and RAM are nowhere near max capacity either, so this is not the problem.
