Microsoft inside preview build 17112.rs4 180222 incompatible issue

the new Microsoft build says that I need to download and install AMD.

I need help with where to go for the download and what to do.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

As far as I know, AMD doesn't support drivers for Insider Preview versions of Windows. Since Insider Preview versions are basically Alpha or Beta versions and not official Windows versions where AMD would need to adjust their current drivers to be compatible with the new Windows Version.
