Memory clocks stays high at 875mhz on my 5700 xt on the 19.10.1 driver when running (2560x1440 @ 75 hertz) causing idle power to be higher than it needs to be (15 degrees more), this is fixed when I run (2560x1440 @ 60 hertz) and it drops down to 100mhz causing idle power to plummet aswell.
