Could you share a screenshot of device manager->Videocard.. it just might be that the drivers are windows default or not running correctly.

Keep in mind that APU/IGP is not a chipset feature. So you need drivers other than the chipset drivers
Please check the reply above about BIOS if you did not remove the 9500gt. (Replied to the wrong message)
If you did please check my post with drivers, and disable windows update before reinstalling.
Please install latest drivers for this motherboard.
im assuming this is a gigabyte one, if there exists a different mbo with this name, im sorry.
Also you did not mention the mbo revision:
1.5:
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-15/support#support-dl-driver-chipset
1.4:
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-14/support#support-dl-driver-chipset
older:
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-10-11-12-13/support#support-dl-driver-chipset
Normal driver rules apply:
- mbo revision is printed on it somewhere
- check bios version, update one by one if not newest, READ THE NOTES
- what you want is driver/chipset/apu Driver
- if you dont know what you are doing, ignore everything, download Utility/APP Center this app will help you install all drivers (and some optional crap)
- remove the 9500GT
- (recommended for advanced users) uninstall nvidia drivers using DDU in safe mode so that driver is not deteced
- open windows updates, check for new updates, install optional drivers unless you know they come with bloatware
Ahhh,.. you most likely have set the graphics to pcie first, thus leaving the IGP unused.
Maybe i can find a screenshot of the setting for your board or bios..

Also this instruction from gigabyte site:
Go to BIOS setting > [Advanced BIOS Features] > set [Init Display First] to [Onboard]. Change [Onboard VGA] setting to [Always Enable].
Restart and reinstall drivers
