Your Laptop Discrete GPU card is not supported with AMD Driver updates anymore since 2016.

Here are the last two AMD laptop drivers for your HD74xx GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-7490m

This driver is the same for all HD 74xx Discrete Laptop GPU cards.

But if your Laptop Support has driver that are about as old as AMD Driver it is best to use your Laptop Support drivers which are 100% compatible with your laptop.

Also I suggest that you don't use any 3rd party Driver updating software because they might install a driver that is not compatible with your laptop.

Just use the Manufacturer's own Driver updating software like Intel Driver & Support Asst and AMD own driver updater.

Make sure that your Intel Drivers are all the latest (especially your Intel Graphics and CHIPSET Drivers) including your laptop BIOS for the AMD driver to work best.
