I have a bunch of Dell OptiPlex 70xx (7050 & 7060) series desktops that we get a loadlibrary 87 error when using Remote desktop to run ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and AutoDESK products (AutoCAD and Bluebeam). This issue does not occur when you are locally logged in and run the applications so it makes me think that this is a Microsoft Remote Desktop issue. Some of the blogs online say to install a recent AMD R7 200 discrete driver. Has anyone seen this before? I want to find an updated driver for this video card to see if that will fix the issue.
