LG CX lost 4K@120hz above radeon software adrenalin 2020 21.4.1

When I go to upgrade my radeon software adrenalin to the newest version I lose support for 4K@120hz on my LG CX tv. I am running a strix vega 64, windows is all up to date. I am locked to 4K@60hz.
