I tried a lot of drivers\clean installation (use AMDCleanupUtility)\installed manually. Now driver 18.2.1.

Relive is not supported on laptops or Mobility graphics.
I'm sure this will happen sooner or later, but,IMO, the issue is with the customization done to the graphics chip by the OEM to offer switchable graphics and other goodies specific to a laptop series. It's only been a short time since Sony and Toshiba allows AMD to even offer drivers for their laptops. Before, they could not be installed/downloaded from the AMD site.
