my laptop stop working  screen , keyboard ,mouse  freeze  while installing amd driver  ???

Your keyboard and mouse will stop working even your internet adapter will be disabled for up to 5 minutes till it finish installation. 

Is it normal? I don't know because it is rarely happen in some rare situations like after fresh windows installation or DDU. but it should not happen again in future when you update your driver to newer version.

always freeze not working again must remove power  and  must enter safe mode to disable Amd driver
