The entire computer seems to lag sometimes when tabbing between fullscreen-borderless apllications and non fullscreen-borderless apllications. The lagging seemingly occurs at random and can last up to 10 seconds before it corrects itself. I have gotten this problem mostly when tabbing between Warframe on DX11 and other applications such as Discord and Firefox, I have not tested any other games for this issue as of yet.
