I disabled the Key bindings in the Radeon Software. When I restart my computer the Radeon Software application shows the key bindings are toggled off but when I use one of the key bindings they are still on. I have to toggle them on and off each time I restart my computer.

It's really annoying because the software by default has key binds I use in my web browser.

Is there any fix for this?

Are you doing a true shut down/restart to flush ram memory, no 'fast startup/hibernation'.

I have fast startup turned off. I also use Alt F4 menu to do full shut downs.

Do you have any other ideas why this is happening? I've tried a fresh install and I keep getting the same problem.

Try remapping/deleting the offending hotkey in the settings.

Also try this in AMD Adrenaline s/w:

Settings > Preferences  > general => In game overlay: Disabled

The In-Game Overlay (ALT+R) tends to mess with hotkeys used by other apps and programs.

Another thing to try (as mentioned above):
1. Enable hotkeys again.
2.  click on each box with a hotkey and press Del (to delete the hotkey).
3. Disable Hotkeys
