Just built my first PC, a 2700x system! Now here's some questions about it.

MOBO: Asrock B450 Pro4

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8Gb DDR4-3000 CL15

PSU: Corsair CX 550 (new gray label version)

Stock Wraith Prism cooler

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, latest bios and chipset drivers

I enabled PBO in the bios with auto settings instead of manual, an offset of -.100V is set automatically after enabling this function. However, at stock settings, the CPU runs at around 1.25V-1.3, enabling makes it 1.5V constant with 1.55V at random spikes and at ~50°C. Windows balanced power plan as reccomended by many. According to this post https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1077983-high-core-voltage-on-idle-with-pbo-2700x/ I should be fine? But I am still unsure, does this improve performance that much as advertised, perhaps even lowering performance according to my research? I use this mainly to game on games like csgo which is CPU intensive  Should I just revert back to stock settings for a cooler and quieter system and focus more on ram overclocking? I am still unsure what to do regarding ram tho, I have experience overclocking GPU and they're so much easier than all these numbers

This is my first experience with AMD, very confused, any help is appreciated!
