Depends if the AMD EULA mentioned anything about voiding your Warranty. Normally, AMD would give a warning notice about the consequences of enabling anything that might void your Warranty.
Personally, I don't believe making Custom Resolutions via Radeon Settings will void your Warranty unless it involves Overclocking, then it will.
Any program that involves Under or Over clocking your GPU or CPU will void your AMD Warranty.
