After Updating from my previous drivers, doing the clean wipe and update to the 20.x.x version of the drivers I now have an issue where Amdrsserv.exe is constantly opening and closing in my task manager causing there to be a constant blinking spinning wheel next to my mouse.

I can't find anything on what the cause is, or how to fix it.

Please help.

Come on someone's gotta help this guy, that must be really annoying!

I can give you a tip. Copy the folder of the amd installer folder somehwere.

Remove the driver.

Go into device manager and update by pointing the install to the amd installer location.

That way you have no software to cause issues.
