so recently (a few days ago) whenever i played videos excluding youtube i have a red line in the middle of the video

how do i get rid of it? i have a radeon 6670 hd i believe its probably a problem with the windows player or corrupted files, how do i fix it without having to reset my pc?

Its been years, but i think that had something to do with demo mode ?

While looking how to fix it myself, i heard something about that too but couldnt find it in my settings so i ignored it, do you know how i can turn it off?

For me the catalyst control center doesnt look like that
