I understand how this usually works.
If there is a lot of action, the bit rate rises. If not, it keeps it low.
However, I would love if Radeon could record my screen capture at 8000kbps to 10000
Excessive? Maybe. But I enjoy using the software, and prefer to stick with it.
I DO know there is an option to change the "max" bit rate. But I guess what I am asking is.....is there a min option?
I have the 18.9.3 option.
If this has been discussed before, I apologize and I would appreciate if you pointed me in that direction.
