Is there any driver for amd radeon 530 windows 8.1
Not from AMD Driver Download page.
Windows 8/8.1 hasn't been supported by AMD with driver updates for several years now.
You can try and see if you locate some Windows 7 drivers which might work in Windows 8.

I thought Radeon Software Crimson Relive would work
but now it isn't working for me. You could try that
