Is the new 19.1.1 still causing vega 64 memory clock to be stuck at 800mhz?
18.12.2 and 18.12.3 cause my asus strix vega 64 to run the memory clock at 800mhz, tried everything to fix it but failed so I'm still using 18.12.1 and would really like to update.
