Is it because ReLive isn't supported on this mighty 16gb vram card? I'm quite sure that I have the right drivers installed (Adrenalin Edition version 23.5.2)
Solved! Go to Solution.
You may need to disable the onboard graphics, in device manager and/or in bios settings (change from auto to the dedicated card).
Do a clean install of amd driver/software.
Download & save the driver pkg direct from amd, do not install yet.
Use cleanup utility https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
Then install the drivers/software from the saved download.
Relive, now named 'record & stream' is supported with 'full install'.
I can't find it when I open the AMD software, and I did a full install (I run win10)
Two possibilities, if you have a monitor connected to onboard graphics it won't recognize it, or windows update overrode the install with its own driver/software.
I have two screens, both connected to the GPU
First Windows installed its drivers, but I installed the official drivers after
This is how my control panel looks
Can anybody help me with this?
Maybe you should supply system specs as per 'Info....required.....' sticky.
I already tried to reply with a detailed dxdiag, and it got posted then removed. Was it too long, then' I'll try again
