You can safely delete the entire C:\AMD folder. That folder is just used to install the AMD Drivers on your computer. Once the AMD Drivers are installed and working correctly you have no need to have that large AMD Folder and can be safely deleted. Every time you download and install AMD Drivers this particular AMD Folder is generated and should be deleted before Installing an updated AMD Driver version. To save space on the Hard drive you can again delete the C:\AMD folder without any harm to your computer or AMD GPU card.
