Background Applications: spotify discord (anything can be open or not and it doesnt work)
Description of Original Problem: Hello, basically my problem is the recording software on the amd adrenaline app (instant replay) randomly stopped working one day. I do not get any errors my mouse just looks like its trying to load something when I try and clip something in game. Ive had this going on for a week now and I just want to find a solution. When i turn on desktop recording my mouse starts trying to load something like my pc cant do it anymore? Im not too sure what is going on here. Troubleshooting: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD adrenaline app and I still have the same problem with no errors what so ever, the clipping just does not work.
