I'm using Radeon™ Software Version 21.6.1 (6/17/2021) on AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT graphics card on Windows 10 pro N 20H2 19042.1110 and nothing from streaming/recording and most importantly Instant Replay seems to be not working. I have Desktop Recording disabled, other programs closed (like web browser, streaming apps etc.) and I get message saying that "Instant Replay Disabled due protected content" while playing any game (in my case Apex Legends).
I've tried other solutions like disabling Virtual Super Resolution, but that didn't help.
I've tried DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) that helped for a shot period of time, like for an hour or so.
There are no other solutions on internet so that's why I'm making this and hope to get answer here. This have never happened before and I've noticed it after updating my driver.
