Impossible to change Radeon Graphics Settings

Hi,

I recently had a problem with AMD Software: in the “Gaming” > “Graphics” tab, I can't change any of the settings except “Radeon Super Resolution”, “Radeon Anti-Lag”, “Radeon Boost”, “Radeon Chill” and “Radeon Image Sharpening”.

I've noticed that when I do a Factory Reset, the software crashes with an error visible on the Windows Event Viewer:

Faulting application name: Radeonsoftware.exe, version: 10.1.2.2026, time stamp: 0x66c8ad5f

Here's what I've tried:

  • Uninstall all AMD drivers (including AMD Chipset) using DDU and AMD Cleanup Utility to reinstall them (in Safe Mode).
  • Reinstall all Visual C++ Redistributables
  • Reinstall Windows without file loss
  • Disable GPU Scheduling
  • Reinstall Xbox and disable Game mode
  • Perform DISM and SFC commands
  • Install a version prior to AMD driver 24.8.1 (in this case, 24.6.1)

Here are the components of my computer:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5700X (AM4)
  • GPU0: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (Sapphire Nitro+) / AMD Drivers 24.8.1
    GPU1: Nvidia GTX 1050 TI
  • RAM: 48 GB DDR4
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro N build 27695
  • Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro
  • (Secure Boot: Yes)

Thank you very much if you can help me. If you need more information, please let me know.

PS: Video of the issue

PS2: I solved the ucrtbase problem by doing the dism command from a usb key. But the settings issue remains.

The RX 5700XT does not support all features offered in the latest Adrenalin package.

For example, Fluid Motion Frames is only supported in 6000/7000 series cards.

However, it's perfectly possible to change the anti-aliasing mode on an RX 5700 XT, for example, except that it's impossible in my case, which isn't right.

Could you post a screenshot depicting the problem, the video link you shared is unviewable. Do you have the Custom setting selected? Are the options greyed out, don't function or give an error when attempting to change? Have you submitted a bug report?
