Hi Forum i have found out if u update your adrenalin driver from 22.5.1 to something like 22.11.1 you mught get the issue where when u start a game your cpu will get used 100% in any games i recommend u still use version 22.5.1 and not higher i got the issue when i update my adrenalin driver
