if there is no driver for my operating system
What should I do if the video card does not have a driver for the operating system that is installed on my PC? The video card has a driver only for Win10-64bit, and I have Win10-32bit. What to do?

What graphics card? If its the Vega graphics card ..it does not support 32bit. You should install the 64bit OS.

UPGRADE YOUR OS TO 64 BIT. THAT"S WHAT YOU CAN DO. NEXT TIME READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU BUY A GRAPHICS CARD.
WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD ANYONE INSTALL A 32BIT OS? UNLESS IT"S A BOOTLEG. IF YOU PAID FOR IT, THERE IS NO CHARGE TO UPDATE TO 64 BIT.
