i was updating AMD radoen software i got an eroor now i cant open it i dont know why and its really annoing me please Help!!! ive atteched a vidoe to show what happens

Sorry for posting now info my PC is,

HP Pavilion desktop PC-570 p0xx

Windows 10 64 bit 

Windows 10 home version 1909

AMD A10 Radeon 7 

8GB of RAM.

Looks like it the program freeeze, kill the process in task manager and run program again.
