I played a youtube 8K 60fps video on a mini PC called HX77G with RX6600M and Ryzen7 7735HS, but it was choppy.
However, when I check with Task Manager, both CPU and GPU are running at only 10%, so it does not seem to be a lack of specs.
Why can't it playback properly?
Is there any solution?
