I need an assistance with installing drivers.
My system:
- AMD Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 M360, AMD Radeon R5
- Laptop System: HP Pavilion 15 ab081nc
- Operating System: Windows 10 1903 x64
- Driver version installed: Currently none (Microsoft Basic Display Driver)
- Display Devices: 1080p 60hz build-in monitor
- Motherboard + Bios Revision: NTB, Dont know
- CPU/APU: A8-7410 APU (With R5)
- Power Supply Unit Make, Model & Wattage: NTB
- RAM: 8GB
The problem is:
When I try to install a GPU Drivers, i allways get black screen on boot.
What I tryed:
1. Reboot to save mode, Uninstalled drivers with AMD Cleaning utility and done the job with DDU
2. Rebooted into normal mode
3. Installed driver trought auto-detect utility
4. Rebooted
At the last reboot i get this notifycation: We removed some recently installed updates to recover your device from a startup failure; When I checked devmgmt.msc this is what I saw:
AMD Radeon R7 M360 - Working Correctly
AMD Radeon R5 - Error 43
AMD Radeon Settings:
I dont know what to do now. I just want to play games at my laptop.
Thanks for support

You only install one driver and this is it:
A8-7410 with Radeonâ„¢ R5 Graphics Drivers & Support | AMD
Download the driver and save it. Disconnect from the internet (disable wireless or pull the Ethernet cable).
Do not remove the existing drivers. Install the new drivers over the existing drivers. Do not use DDU or AMD tools to remove previous drivers.
Reboot your computer. Reconnect to the internet.
