So I noticed recently going through the settings after updating to 21.4.1 (which is definitely better performance-wise than 21.3.1(2). But not as good performance-wise as 21.2.1)
Anyways that's beside the point. The problem is I noticed 10 bit wasn't enabled like it was before. So I enabled it. Restarted my pc, now I can't access any driver settings, I can't even get the UI to open. Now before I go and uninstall the drivers and re-install. What other options do I have?

Everything is using the latest drivers and was working fine until I changed this one setting and restarted it.
