I have lenovo y700-15acz with 2 graphics r7 and r9m385x 

R9 is detected and configured but only r7 is working i tried to change the windows but inly have the same issue and windows on power saving gpu and high performance gpu both on r7

I did as u say but have the same issue

The 'switchable' function has been removed from the graphics drivers for Win10 starting with the new 'Adrenalin 2020'. The option is now located under  'Display' of your computer...."Graphics'.
