It gets to around 62C whilst undervolted, so could i turn the fans down? also, is there any way i could undervolt it further?

probably need to clean the video card to reduce the noise levels

my rx 480 is quiet as the card is cleaned regularly

it is quiet, i just want it to be more quiet. Is there a way to set it to 0 rpm?

I have an undervolted 570, how do i change the fan speeds down past 18%?
