I got the Radeon Rx580 Nitro and I have 2 monitors, one being 144hz and the 2nd for my stream chat and videos or whatever is 75hz. I had this problem before but I fixed somehow, when playing fortnite on my main monitor if I have my stream chat or anything up on 2nd monitor, my FPS goes from 144 to like 70-80. I upped the Power Limit in Global Wattsman and did the High Power stuff in the control panel Power options, my 580 isnt overclocked
