I don't believe re-live is supported on APUs. Why not I have no idea. Since when you have an APU the driver for the discrete graphics is installed by the APU driver not GPU driver, my guess is that it sees the APU and just isn't installing it even though you do have a GPU that should support it. You should see if your bios allows disabling the integrated graphics and then run DDU from wagnardsoft dot com and then install the GPU driver.

It that doesn't help contact your motherboard support department for advice. You can contact AMD support here:  https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Pokester is correct about Relive not supported by APU graphics.

Here AMD Relive Guide which also shows which AMD GPUs support it: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-023

From AMD Relive FAQ: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software-gaming-media

Are there Video RAM requirements for using the Radeon Relive feature?

Yes, Radeon ReLive is not supported on systems with 2GB VRAM memory or less.

The above requirement is probably the reason APU graphics are not supported since the majority of APUs Graphics uses a maximum of 2 GB of vRAM.

Possibly on the newer APUs if they have more than Maximum of 2 GB of vRAM it might work, just guessing thou.
