I can't use AMD Relive anymore!

Recently I updated my graphics driver and from then I cant use any Relive services! Hotkeys are not working and I cant even record! I un-installed driver and install it again but it didn't fix. Using Sapphire RX-480 Nitro . Driver is updated. 18.6.1

You should probably rollback your driver to an earlier stable one that worked properly with ReLive since 18.6.1 is a beta driver. The only other option is to uninstall and reinstall until it works or wait for the next driver release. I'd advise against that though because it will repeat this problem at some point.
