Most laptops are locked out of OC tuning, you could check with the makers support if it's allowed on your model?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

You seem to have the default drivers that are automatically downloaded by Windows. Those do not have performance tuning options.

In any case, if it's a laptop like goodplay pointed out, I wouldn't really consider OC or any other way of modifying performance parameters in the first place.
