I can't find autodetect on AMD website

Please help me with a link or how to find the autodetect support on AMD's website. It's literally nowhere to be found on my screen.

It's gone, time to learn what's in your pc/laptop, download speccy/gpu-z to find sys. specs., then supply INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION​ for someone to offer further assistance.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

I know have a R4 graphics card, but that's all I could dig up. They want you to be specific when trying to download drivers and etc. What should I do?
