I can't find a suitable driver for my video card.

I am using AMD Radeon HD Graphics 7600M graphics card and there are no drivers for this graphics card on AMD's official website. I need to update my graphics card. I can't open any game due to a problem with my computer. I can't open Epic Games Launcher included. When I researched this issue, I found out that I needed to update my video card. Where can I find the driver for my video card?

The HD7600 is a series, you need to know the exact model for driver download, and the last/final driver was 2015?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

I looked in device manager. It says 7600M series for the video card model. Apart from that, the driver date is 26/02/2016 and the driver version is 15.301.1901.0.
