can someone please tell me how to make my graphics card run normally.
new rx570, updated Adrenalin
card constantly jumping all over the place trying to save me .001 of a cent in hydro.
mid game and the card is saying its at 0% then 100%, frequency's all over the place.
fps dropping and stuttering just to see the card is trying to do something other than run the game.
is there anyway to make MY video card run without AMD trying to save hydro or change clocks for me against my will?
