How to set the calculation mode without using Radeon settings?

I have this problem: "Radeon Settings are currently not available. Please try again after connecting AMD graphics".

Until a week ago my graphics card (MSI RADEON RX 580 8G Armor) was worked well to mine Ethereum with the drivers ReLive 17.11.4 set in compute mode.

Now Radeon Settings does not work anymore (I think after a Windows 10 update). I try clean install of latest drivers Adrenalin Edition 18.2.1 (including using of DDU and cccleaner for reg) but in vain.

For mining Ethereum efficient I must set compute mode and I can only do this from the graphical interface of the Radeon Settings. But Radeon Settings does not work.

Is a way to set the computing mode by writing directly some ini or config files ? Or by command line? Without using Radeon Settings which does not work?

Or is some patch for this drivers to make Radeon Settings to work?
