My work now requires a Linux OS, but I am using Windows now, using RAID mode. There is a lot of information stored in it, I want to install Linux directly in RAID mode, but I can't identify an entire disk, the disk is scattered.Linux is Manjaro Linux 18.

First thing that I recommend doing is to backup all of the necessary and critical data that you need. After that, you can install Manjaro either using the RAID array that you created in the UEFI BIOS or using the software RAID native to MAnjaro and other Linux distros.
