How to load a Global WattMan Profile (XML-file) programmatically, meaning by not using the UI, eg. is there any CLI or API?

I'm using Radeon Software 19.9.1 (Adrenalin 2019) on Windows 10 driving a Radeon VII. I am familiar with the included WattMan user interface (UI).

Now that I do have an undervolting profile stored as an XML file, I'm able to load this using the WattMan UI.

But is there any alternative means to load such a profile programmatically?

Motivation: I'd love to be able to enforce my profile, even after a PC crash, when WattMan resets to defaults. (Which rarely happens, but still.)

And yes, this (undervolting) profile is stable enough for me to be productive with my PC, so I want it applied no matter what.

Just to clarify:

From an engineering point of view, having WattMan reset to defaults after a system crash, is the best of all options. I would not want to change this.

I'm particularly looking for a way to load a profile somehow automated. (eg. Windows TaskScheduler)

I do not think AMD has anything like that as the defaults are intended to be stable

sometimes the defaults are not very stable
