How to enable FreeSync in minimal driver on certain game if driver decide make it disabled based on

 i have been using minimal driver, cause it isnt bloated. But in minimal driver you cant set freesync specified in certain game.... this is possible only in full driver.
Minimal driver obvisously uses optimized AMD setting for FreeSync which is that driver automatically dedices when turin it on and when turn it off. My question is, it minimal driver turnes freesync on that game off, how can i force FreeSync to get it enabled?
