so i looked up videos to see if relive had av1, and i saw people using av1 for recording via relive.
i had to use freaking handbrake and convert a video from avc <- (thought that was like av1 but it was trash) av made a 1 hour video 41.2gbs after converting it to av1 it was 9.98gbs.
it TOOK 6 HOURS to convert. 6 hours!!!!!
i have a 2700x and a 6700xt if that counts.... but don't say my hardware doesn't support av1, i use action! recorder and record with Av1 on there, however action! doesn't work on fallout 4, and i'm currently recording fallout 4.
