You can try at AMD Docs support site and see if there is anything there that might help you: AMD Technical and Documentation 

Otherwise if you are company or working for a company you may need to open a NDA with AMD to get classified tech information not published for the public.

Another User tried to get in Contact with AMD and was unable to.

But maybe you might have better luck if you are a company but contacting AMD Corporate Offices to find out which department you need to contact from here: https://www.amd.com/en/corporate/locations.html
