High Memory Clock with Adrenalin 23.1.2
Ever since downloading and installing Adrenalin Edition 23.1.2 my RX 7900 XTX GPU memory clock has been maxed out no matter what I am doing.
It looks like that is what is making the card run warmer than normal also, fans are kicking on even when just using a web browser.
It definitely wasn't doing that before with the 22.x versions of Adrenalin. I guess my biggest concern is that this will impact the memory on the card if this happens for too much longer.
Any one else seeing this?
I know that 23.1.2 is more or less beta ("optional") update, but wondering if 23.1.1 is doing the same thing too?

Looks like 23.2.1 fixed the issue.

Perhaps try to shutdow Steam client or change in the interface parameters video acceleration to off de Steam ! For me it was night and day. Verify with GPU-Z Memory Clock drop from 909 to 22 at mininum on a 7900XTX from AMD. In Task Manager Video Clock Engine will be at 0 like it should be with Steam in the background.
