I have weird stutters when i play Call of Duty MW2 and have Relive enabled, I am running:
- Windows 11
- 7950X3d, (chipset drivers, Xbox bar all that stuff installed to deal with the 2 CCDs)
- 7900XTX
- 32 GB RAM
- Game and Windows are on an SSD
These are my ideal settings but I've tried different codecs, bitrates, framerates and resolutions. I've tried using system memory and SSD storage to cache

These are my frame times with Relive/Instant Replay enabled, crazy big spikes.
I am not sure what the issue is, I've tried switching my performance plan to high power to ensure that it doesn't turn off the CCD 1 in case AMD Relive needs the extra cores, I've tried using process lasso so that COD stays on CCD 0 while in high-performance mode... no difference. This has me lost, help would be appreciated.
