Unfortunately, some hardware configurations just don't work properly with the AMD official drivers. Laptops and similar systems in particular don't fare well with them, and even worse, the manufacturers rarely update the drivers that are specific to their product's hardware configuration.
I recommend installing drivers directly from the manufacturer of your PC, after using DDU to remove any traces of the old GPU driver, be it Laptop or some other proprietary hardware, and see if the options reappear.
