Hello guys i have a problem with my AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

Since january i have reveiced a Notificacion there is an update for the AMD graphical.

but i coulnd install for a Erorr that is showing me up.

also i dont know what kind of Graphical Chipset im using but i got this SS

and

im trying to update my AMD Radeon, but i dont know what kind of Series is mine.

then after selectin the R7, it says alot of series on 3er box, after selection one of these 3 box it display another one.

and i would like to update my AMD

so please help

You have an APU meaning a CPU with Graphics built in. You don't pick the Graphics Driver in the list you screen captured. You pick where it says PROCESSORS WITH GRAPHICS. This will install the proper APU driver including graphics. 

Note you should have Windows fully up to date with all updates applied, before installing the driver.
