Your HD 7450 low profile GPU card is not supported by AMD with Driver updates anymore. You have a choice of only 2 drivers to install from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000-series/amd-radeon-hd-7450

2-BETA 2016
You can try HP Support to see if they have any newer drivers than those two.
