Amd Radeon Software crashes my pc due hdmi converter is there any fix?

I would update your chinese made Huananzhi Motherboard to the latest BIOS version and your Powercolor RX450 I would check to see if it happens with a different Monitor without the HDMI adapter installed.

I would also check your RCA Monitor to see if there are any settings that might be wrong.

But, in my opinion, an adapter shouldn't cause any issues. All the adapter does it converts the VGA signal to a HDMI signal before reaching your RCA Monitor.

Ok, I'm going to try removing it for 1 day 
and if it's not How I'm supposed to know what causes the issue?

this is my second monitor that needs to be converted

Now I'm sure the problem is hdmi converter soon as I connected it caused crash like 2 min

Apparently the problem was windows I reinstalled windows and everything solved
(previous windows was from my own pc, I used cloud this time)
